Our fees are not refundable. While Consular staff will give you as much advice as they can, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are obtaining the correct service. If you are unsure, you may wish to take legal advice before booking the service.
Please note that fees are subject to change without notice. A list of current fees can be found on our website.
HOW TO PAY
Fees are payable in Kuwaiti Dinars in cash and Sterling Pounds in credit card.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
For all Notarial services, you must bring proof of identity (passport) and proof of your address (Kuwaiti Civil Id).
Please note that you will have to pass through Security upon arrival at the Embassy. you should expect your belongings to be checked, and you will have to leave your mobile phone with the Security Guard. Please do not bring laptops or other electronic devices. Please arrive in advance of your appointment. Security will check your ID (Civil ID or Passport) to match your details with the booking on the appointments list. If someone else is coming to the appointment on your behalf (only in case of legalisations), please ensure their name and ID number is included when booking the appointment.

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office holds and uses data for purposes notified to the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998 (which may be viewed on the Information Commissioner's Office website.)
